Gluten-free and keto pizza crusts are now available at Mimi Foods

Did you know that almost one-third of Canadians (10 million) seek out gluten-free products (source: Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada)? With the growing number of consumers adopting a gluten-free or low-gluten diet, restaurants must now adapt to offer creative options for consumers craving healthier options. This comes as to surprise, as the global market for gluten-free products is projected to grow to over $42 billion by 2025 according to the National Post. Adding to the growing health trend, the low-carb, high-fat keto diet has also gained considerable popularity in recent years. To help you better cater to the needs of your customers, we are excited to introduce 7 new gluten-free pizza crusts and 1 new keto pizza crust.
